Entry Arrangements and Translation Receivers at 2013 Annual Convention

Entry Arrangements: In order to speed up the process of admission during 2013 Annual Convention, April 26-28 (Fri. to Sun.), ticket holders are asked to write their full name on the front of the ticket and sign the back with the admission date. A welcome pack will be given to every ticket holder from Saturday to Sunday upon entry. Each ticket holder can receive only one welcome pack.

Checking out Wireless Translation Receivers: In order to speed up the process of checking out wireless translation receivers at Annual Convention, please print and complete the attached checkout form. Please bring the completed form with you to the translation receiver’s registration booth at the event.

• Translation receivers will only be provided on Sat., April 27. All receivers must be returned by 6:00 p.m., April 27. For each unreturned receiver, you will be charged HK$1,170.00.
